In Store Charge Accounts
For our business customers we offer in-store charge accounts.
Please fill out the charge account application found here and submit it to our accounting department for consideration. For additional security the back of the application asks if the account is going to require a purchase order, job description, or job location. It will also further secure the account by adding an authorized charge list so that only those listed my charge or make changes on the account. Click here for the back page of the application.
If you need to make changes to your account please call Cheryl or Rene at 307.755.0781. For your protection we can only accept account changes over the phone.
Would you like to access your invoices and statements online? We can also email them to you in real time! Contact Cheryl or Rene to request online access or email delivery.
For added security on your in store account we offer facial recognition. This featue is in addition to the authorized charge list. We can link a picture to the name of the individual attempting to charge on the account. For information about this free feature or to secure your account futher please contact our office or to get started today please email pictures of the individuals on your authorized charge list, to acelaramieaccounting@bresnan.net. Pictures should be .jpg format and should be named as follows: accountnumberfirstnamelastname.jpg. (900152JohnDoe.jpg)
